Dr. Chris Cumming (Team Leader) and myself (Statistician and Systems Analyst) were required to complete a survey of the 940 higher secondary educational institutions in Bangladesh. 20 teams of local enumerators were employed to carry out a structured education and engineering survey based on a questionnaire. The results were accumulated in the first nationwide Educational Management Information System to be established in Bangladesh
