Costa Rica - 1989
In 1989, I worked for some months at La Escuela Centroamericana de Ganaderia (the Central American School of Animal Husbandry) in Balsa de Atenas, to the west of San Jose in central Costa Rica. I worked on a project funded by DFID - the UK Department for International Development - and was responsible the establishment and delivery (in faltering Spanish!) of IT training courses for staff and students.
